Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Appointment Cancellations

Appointment cancellations require 24-hour email notice, sent to ghostandthemoon@gmail.com, in order to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations sent within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will not be refunded.

Appointment Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before their scheduled time by emailing ghostandthemoon@gmail.com. If you need to reschedule your appointment within 2 hours of the currently booked time, the session will be cancelled and will not be refunded, per the cancellation policy above.

In order to claim the cancellation policy, should you later need it, rescheduling requests must be sent more than 24 hours prior to the currently scheduled time. Requests to re-schedule your appointment sent within 24 hours of the current appointment time will forfeit your eligibility for the cancellation policy.

 

Each scheduled appointment is independently eligible for cancellation; forfeiting your eligibility for one session will not affect your future cancellation eligibility.

 

Each appointment can be rescheduled a maximum of three times. As of the third rescheduling, the appointment will be considered non-refundable. Any additional rescheduling attempts will result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking.

Appointment No Shows/Late:

You're appointment is held for 20 minutes. After that time, if you haven't shown up or contacted ghostandthemoon@gmail.com, your appointment is considered cancelled. See Cancellation policy.

All courses sold through Ghost and the Moon are Final Sale. If you have any questions prior to purchase, please email ghostandthemoon@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you as best as we can.

Our Intuitive Spiritual Singing sessions follow an intuitive model and may include any or all of the following:

Vocal Warmups, Co-Singing, Light Language, Reiki, Channeling.

While we do our best to meet the expectations of the sessions you booked, we understand this model may not be for everyone. All Sessions are non-refundable after they have occurred, but please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have and we will do our best to address them.
